The Jackson County Development Corporation is a quasi-governmental entity charged with business retention and recruitment for Jackson County. Governed by an 11 member board, JCDC is funded through a special sales tax incentive passed by Jackson County voters.

The Jackson County Development Corporation is managed by Advanced Market Concepts, a business management and consulting firm located in Manhattan, Kansas.  Advanced Market Concept’s principles, Darrell Holaday and Connie Fisher, assist with project implementation and management, along with Pam Holaday, the Corporation’s day-to-day contact in Jackson County.
